At Constantem Defense, we believe that community gatherings are vital to both personal fulfillment and a healthy society. We know that if your attendees don’t feel safe, they won’t show up. 

Expressing personal, religious, or political beliefs often involves dissenting points of view and strong emotions, which means that certain events may attract individuals who want to silence your community members. Threats of violence—or perceived threats—discourage people in your community from showing up or speaking out. But sacrificing your right to gather is not the answer.

We provide security so your community members can feel safe to gather and express themselves. 

Constantem Defense was founded to defend peaceful communities: we protect your right to express your beliefs and to do so in safety. We give your people the confidence to gather. We give your leaders the safe space to speak. Including Constantem in your event planning assures your community they have the right to celebrate and communicate safely—even in the face of opposition or divergent viewpoints. 

The First Amendment gives you the right to assemble and speak, but we give you the confidence.

About OUR FOUNDER

Paul "PT" Welter realized the need for Constantem Defense when his family, friends, and community became increasingly concerned for their safety in a super-charged political climate. The issue was National, but the impact was personal.

After a Nationally significant legal ruling, members of PT’s family found themselves as potential targets because of their beliefs. Credible threats of personal violence to their faith community emerged and required a response. Members of their community, including PT’s father, had to step up and take responsibility for protecting others. This crisis was the genesis of Constantem Defense, as PT saw the need to specialize security services for private events and groups.

PT’s commitment to safeguarding communities is unwavering. He is passionate about supporting your role as an organizer and leader so that you and your organization, congregation, company, and family are protected in all that you do.
